Introduction
Hello, and welcome to a course that I believe can change your life for good, of course. In the next 60 minutes, I will share with you simple yet extremely effective techniques that I'm absolutely certain can help you become more productive and so help you achieve more in both your personal and professional life. Now why me? Who am I to teach you how to make the most of your time? My name is Boris Hristov, and I'm obviously an author for Pluralsight, but I also have a lot of other things going on in my world, my own company, a ton of traveling all across the world, I teach and train people, and that's just to name a few. In general, I am frequently being asked by the people around me how do I make all of that possible, and how can I handle all of this on my age? A quick note here as I'm recording this course, I just turned 26. The answer is quite simple. I learned a few things, those same things that I'm now going to share with you, which if you too are willing to apply in your life, but in a disciplined and consistent way, and this is crucial, there is just no way you are not going to become more productive. There is just no such I promise you. And so I just want you to know that I'm not a psychologist who is going to be teaching you what was founded in a research two years ago. I'm coming with this advice because I'm using them every single day, and I know they work, and I know that they can help you too. So if you are ready to learn how to achieve more, join me in the next video.

Time Management: Personal Tips
Welcome to the next module from the course Time Management in a World of Interruptions. In this module, I will give you some ideas and advice on what you can do to boost your productivity in terms of your personal life. Now I learned a lot of the things that I'm about to share with you a few years ago. Back then I did probably one of the most important things in my life. I joined the Robin Sharma's Master Class. What I learned there completely changed not just my personal life, but everything I do. However, why I am telling you this story is because I want you to know that if our goal is to manage our time better and ultimately achieve more, we first have to focus on our personal life, and that's why I want us to start here. So join me in the next video, and let's get into the details.

Time Management: Work Tips
Welcome to the next module from the course Time Management in a World of Interruptions. Now that we have covered some fundamental tips around how we can optimize our personal time, it's time to take a look at another area of our life, our work. We spend a ton of our day working, so it makes sense to search for ways for optimizing the time. At least if you're watching this course, I believe so. As it turns out, there are ways, or should I say there are techniques we can try using, and this module is all about that. So without further ado, let me share with you how you can make yourself a lot more productive in the context of your work.

Time Management: Tools You Just Need
Welcome to the next module from the course Time Management in a World of Interruptions. In this module, we continue our journey in becoming more productive. This time, however, we will take a look at, and I'll also do some demos too, on what technology can do for us because if you think about it, technology is not going anywhere. It's here to stay, and we have to make it our friend. What's more, I seriously believe that we have to find a way to make it work for us, and so that's the goal. I want to throw in some ideas on how you should approach the new world of tech and also show you some tips and tricks on how you can achieve more in your everyday life. So if you are using email, for example, and I expect that you do, if you want to be more organized and spend less time on doing repetitive tasks, join me in the upcoming videos where I will be demoing how you can make this happen.

Summary
So welcome in the last video from the course Time Management in a World of Interruptions. We talked about a ton of things in this course, and I agree that some of them may not be applicable for you immediately, but who knows, maybe they will be in the near future. However, I believe the majority of ideas, tips, and tricks I showed you are things you can start slowly working on right now in this very moment. We started by covering what we can do in our personal life in order to achieve more. Then we discussed how we can optimize our work. I shared some tips and tricks around our email, automation, when to delegate, and more. And at the end I showed you some great tools and how to use them in order to optimize your inbox, become more productive with the help of ClipX and Password Safe, and how to stay more focused on what you are doing by turning off all of your notifications. So now I challenge you to start working on those. I didn't say it is or it will be easy. What's more, University of London, and the research link is below, recently found that to turn something into a habit, for example, any of those advices, you will have to spend 66 days of actually doing them. That means that even though that course was a short one, making it work for you will not be such an easy task. However, I promise you that if you implement and turn those advices into habits, you will see a huge difference in your life. You will immediately become more productive and start achieving even more in both your personal and work life. Once again, thank you for taking this course. I hope I was of help to you, and I hope you learned some practical advices that you are now going to be using every single day. Good luck!
