Introduction to PRINCE2 Agile®
Welcome to PRINCE2 Agile Passport, an accredited E-learning package for Project Management using the PRINCE2 Agile Methodology. Processes - DP, SU, and IP
During this module, we look at how the PRINCE2 themes and principles can be applied in an Agile product management approach. The Agilometer, an assessment tool used to assess the project's environment in order to tailor PRINCE2 Agile in the most effective way, is examined. We explore how to tailor the directing a project, starting up a project, and initiating a project processes to incorporate Agile activities. We look at the business case and how PRINCE2 defines benefits and how Agile looks at value. The Cynefin decision-making framework is considered, and how it can be applied in a project environment is explained. We look at how requirements are specified, often through user stories, and how MoSCoW prioritization is used. We also explore how effective communication is fundamental to the Agile way of working and how facilitated workshops are a great means of communication. Guidance on how to tackle contracting and how to develop an Agile contract is given. Throughout this module, there are support materials that further explain some of the concepts presented and tasks that relate to the Woodside Garden project. At the end of the module, you will have the opportunity to try out some practitioner questions.

Themes and PRINCE2 Agile®
This module will look at the seven PRINCE2 themes and how each of them can be tailored from a PRINCE2 Agile perspective. This will include looking at the concept of servant leadership and how it's applied in an Agile context. We'll look how single and multiple team structures can be configured and how working agreements can be established. The business case theme and how flexing the features for an Agile project and the use of Lean Startup may affect the business case. The quality theme and the Scrum definition of done is covered. Test-driven development and behavior-driven developments are explored. Planning from an Agile perspective is looked at and the use of product-based planning and Agile estimating techniques. The progress theme and the Agile term velocity is explained, and graphical burn-up and burn-down charts are investigated. The change theme is looked at from an Agile perspective and how that Agile embraces change while PRINCE2 takes a more cautious approach. The link between change and configuration management is highlighted. The risk theme and the use of the Agilometer and monitoring the five PRINCE2 behaviors are explained.

Processes - SB CS MP
During this module, we'll look at the managing a stage boundary process and how it adds value to the Agile way of working. We'll explore how controlling a stage can be applied and the engine room of Agile managing product delivery. We'll take a closer look at how retrospectives are used to reflect and look back on how the team worked and how to make improvements going forward. We'll then look at Kanban and Scrum, probably the two most popular Agile approaches, in more detail.

CP and Summarizing PRINCE2
During this module, we'll look at how a PRINCE2 Agile project can be closed. The health check will be covered, which helps you to assess how well the project is being managed from an Agile perspective, as well as advice for moving to a more Agile style of managing and delivering projects. There's also a reminder of the fundamental values and principles of the three main Agile methods that have more focus in the PRINCE2 Agile guide. We will finish with advice for a project manager who is beginning to run a project in the Agile context.

PRINCE2 Agile® Exam
This module will look at the format of the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner exam. You will learn the formats and style of each question used, and guidance on the exam approach will be given.
