Hello everyone, my name is Brian Alderman and welcome to my course, Managing and Configuring Skype for Business Online, which is part of Office 365. I'm a Microsoft MVP, as well as an MCT for 20 consecutive years, an author of several published books, a speaker, and a consultant at my own company called MicroTechPoint. Skype for Business is a very powerful and popular product that's included with Office 365, and is one of the primary components involved with providing an online communications solution. In this course we're going to introduce and discuss Skype for Business communications, including communicating using Skype for Business both internally and externally, end-user features like configuring mobile push notifications and displaying a user's presence, connectivity options where we'll look at configuring external access at the domain level where we can either allow or deny specific domains, and we'll also explore conferencing options like cloud PBX, PSTN calling, and even the use of Skype broadcast meetings. So by the end of this course you'll know how to properly configure and manage Skype for Business Online in Office 365.
