Introduction to the CompTIA A+ 220-902 Certification Exam
Hello and welcome to the CompTIA A+ course 220-902 by Pluralsight. I'm Jason Helmick, an author here at Pluralsight; and in this introduction to the 902 certification exam, we'd like to address some of the most commonly asked questions about the course, the certification and the exam itself. Now I say we because I'm joined today by the author of the course and a close friend of mine, Tim Warner. Tim, thanks for taking the time to explain some of these confusing points about the certification. You're most welcome, Jason. So glad to be here. You know, before we start discussing this, and there is some confusion wrapped around this, matter of fact, you can help me because I'm kind of confused. Why don't you start by taking a moment to introduce yourself? Sure thing. Well, I've been a full-time author with Pluralsight on the ITOps pillar, your teammate, Jason, for about the last year or so. And for just about all of that year, I've been immersed in teaching CompTIA. First, the Network+ learning path and now A+. So I'm glad to share all of those insights and tips, tricks and gotchas with you over the next 20 minutes or so.
